hey anyways i took last week off of training completly (went to hawaii for vacation) so anyways im in the middle of a cycle. when i went to hawaii i couldnt inject my prop or my tren (thats all im taking) for 3 days. So i came back and started it up again. So the week before i left i squatted 385x5, and today i walk in the gym and tried to put up 395, which i only was able to do 2 times. Then i dropped it to 365 and could only bust it out 3 times, and on my last set i completly failed on rep 3 and almost fukd my back up!
So why i t hink this happened is 2 reasons: today i took a 3hour roadtrip up north, and then back down again (so my diet completly suked today!) and then when i got back i took a 2 hour nap and then ate and went to the gym. My mentality today was seriously not where it should have been. I was so dissapointed/depressed i was tempted to walk out of the gym but i just continued my workout.
