    went down in strength alot...wtf

    hey anyways i took last week off of training completly (went to hawaii for vacation) so anyways im in the middle of a cycle. when i went to hawaii i couldnt inject my prop or my tren (thats all im taking) for 3 days. So i came back and started it up again. So the week before i left i squatted 385x5, and today i walk in the gym and tried to put up 395, which i only was able to do 2 times. Then i dropped it to 365 and could only bust it out 3 times, and on my last set i completly failed on rep 3 and almost fukd my back up!

    So why i t hink this happened is 2 reasons: today i took a 3hour roadtrip up north, and then back down again (so my diet completly suked today!) and then when i got back i took a 2 hour nap and then ate and went to the gym. My mentality today was seriously not where it should have been. I was so dissapointed/depressed i was tempted to walk out of the gym but i just continued my workout.

    your thoughts pleasE?

    keep in mind that tren and prop are short esters and can leave the body fast.

    well i think you answered your own question..

    i always find if my diet suffers, so does my performance in the gym..

    i always need atleast 2 pro/carb meals to get the most out of my time in the gym..

    combine that with taking the vacation and being out of the gym and i think you have your answer..

    I think it might be due to you thinking about everything you've missed while you've been gone, I mean you said it yourself, your mentality hasn't been the same. Get motivated, start eating right, lifting hard and just back into your routine again and you'll prob break 400lbs in no time

    If my mind isn't right or I didn't eat well by performance in the gym always suffers. I need to be right on to have a really good day in the gym.

    I think this is probably the most important thing to consider. Are you using tren acetate? If youre using the acetate ester, that stuff clears out of your body within a few days. Same goes with your prop. This is the reason most prefer to do those every day, to keep blood levels stable. Your blood levels fell way down over the course of 7 days.

    3 days is when your supposed to start you pct from prop. Doesnt sound good.

    yeh i had no choice though, so for 3 days i couldnt inject. So my guess was that it completly left my system and then when i finally wasa ble to inject again (3days later) it was like starting all over. but i somehow managed to go up in weight on my vacation =)

    whatever the problem is just keep your head up get back on the diet and injecting right and proper rest and everything will come right back

    i like in this one movie their town was destroyed and the people were like
    OMG WHAT DO WE DO KING??
    hes like
    ...rebuild.
