Okay here is a quick run down of what I am eating right now.
7am- 1/2 box, or 8oz, of egg beaters and a 1/3 cup of oatmeal.
10:30am - 6-8oz lean chicken breast and 1/3 cup oatmeal (sometimes with all natty peanut butter (1tblspn)
1pm - 6-8oz lean chicken breast, 14oz green beans, 1/3 cup oatmeal.
5:30pm- 6-8oz lean chicken breast, 20oz fresh veggies, 1/3 cup oatemal.
7pm - workout/cardio
8:30pm - GNC MRP, 8oz egg beaters, 6-8oz lean chicken breast, 1/3 cup oatmeal.
11pm - 8oz egg beaters, 1/3 cup oatmeal.
3am - 8oz egg beaters, 1/3 cup oatmeal.
So, let me have it, how bad does my diet suck?
PS- I love my oatmeal, thats why I eat it all the time, I add a little chocolate fat free/sugar free pudding mix and damn it is good, like a desert after my protien!
