    Why did i get a bloody nose while on SD?

    not enough water.... i would get like crusty scabs in the mornin, never ran blood tho, drink at least a gallon a day, just hold it all day, work, store, wtvr gym especially, try 900mg hawthorn berry, hope ur using niacin, taurine, milk thistle as well

    I agree.

    Dude watch the BP. Sometimes nosebleeds can get out of control while on AAS if your BP is too high. It can be serious if you don't regain control.

    Check your diet and watch the sodium intake.

    i got a nose bleed on m1t. its mostly likeley bp i only got one though . the second day

    yeah BP, plus the increase in RBCs. Hence the tremendous pumps

    Yeah that happened to me. My BP went WAY up and my nose bled like crazy.

    a buddy of mine woke up with a few nosebleeds on SD, i just started a cycle of it, and im gettin some nasty headaches currently...had to lower my intensity at the gym today cuz i felt like the rightside of my head was going to explode....i doubled up on my hawthorne dose before too, guess im gonna try some asprin too.....

    seriously, hawethorn berries have worked wonders with my oral cycles.
