Yeah, I've been thinking bout it and I think my only real course of action is coming off of it. I'd rather lose some muscle then run the risk of possibly, no matter how remote it is, of hurting my arm while in the gym; which would result in even far greater muscle lose. Not to mention I'd rather keep my body on the 'same page' then having one area significantly behind in comparison to other areas.

Would it be wise to say, bike at the gym or walk on the threads to hopefully maintain a lean figure so I can get back into this when I'm 100%? EDIT: Albeit, my arm WILL stink to all hell...might have to hold off..
