    Schools Starting!

    Well, this will be my first semester in school with a fully functional diet, and I'm running into a wall trying to figure out what to bring to class that I can eat. I'll be in class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 2:45pm. My first meal will be at 7:00am, with my second and third at 10:00am and 1:00pm respectivly. I just don't know what to eat for the my third meal, because my second meal of the day is normally a shake with flax, so I'm stuck. I don't really want to take tuna to class and be the smelly kid, so any ideas?

    I was thinking of just browning up some beef or turkey breast, and mixing it with rice, but can you eat the beef/turkey without re-heating it? Another option would be a possible egg salad (Pro/Fat with FF Mayo, Mustard, Dill). I don't know how good that'd smell though either, plus I'm cutting, so I doubt that'd workout for me.

    I just need some meal ideas to take to class with me guys! Thanks!

    yes....aug 22nd.....i love to look liek the bodybuilder with my meals in tupawares in my gym bag ahahhahah

    MAIN MEAL at 12pm.....FAT CHICKEN BREAST with turkey slices...mad lettuce, mad tomato, mustard....

    BOMB!!!!!!!!

    then my pro shake as soon as im leaving my last class which is fitness health!

    be the smelly kid . find somewhere to eat. bring whatever you need man. hell i bring everything. almonds, sweet potatoes, chicken, beef, turkey, oats, ect....pack it up...

    I usually only have to bring one meal. It's 3 chicken breasts and salad in tuperware. Who cares about being the smelly kid or if people stare. Its what makes us different from everybody else

    i just schedule my classes around my DIET, lol...and if i happen to not be able to eat one of my meals, then i'll just pack some "tuna in a pouch" and some oats, and there it is....

    decent quality tuna realy doesnt smell that bad. I always have 1-2 tuna sallad with me to uni.

    Eating beef or turky without reheating is ok. Chicken sallad would be another good option.

    yup, ill just open it up in class and start chompin, people look at me..and i look back, nod and pull up my sleeve n flex

    they either smile or go whoa.....

    girls dig it too

    im not the biggest. but i get the hoochies haha

    everyday, walk in 1st period, with a water jug, almonds, and protein shake....then as im leavin, much almonds

    next class, water

    next, FAT ****IN CHKN BREAST SAMMICH!!!!!!!!

    i just grubb, in front of all their facials...!!!!
