Well, this will be my first semester in school with a fully functional diet, and I'm running into a wall trying to figure out what to bring to class that I can eat. I'll be in class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 2:45pm. My first meal will be at 7:00am, with my second and third at 10:00am and 1:00pm respectivly. I just don't know what to eat for the my third meal, because my second meal of the day is normally a shake with flax, so I'm stuck. I don't really want to take tuna to class and be the smelly kid, so any ideas?
I was thinking of just browning up some beef or turkey breast, and mixing it with rice, but can you eat the beef/turkey without re-heating it? Another option would be a possible egg salad (Pro/Fat with FF Mayo, Mustard, Dill). I don't know how good that'd smell though either, plus I'm cutting, so I doubt that'd workout for me.
I just need some meal ideas to take to class with me guys! Thanks!
