I recently decided never to do another AAS for atleast 15+ years. Now I'm going the natural route for the extra push.
1.I was thinking about doing Creatine (celltech) L-glutamine, & just regular old protein shakes with vitamins. Is this a pretty good combo or should I add something thats pretty good that I don't know about?
2. When is the best time to take each?
Creatine right before + right after workout?
L-glutamine before workout and before i go to sleep?
Protein shakes just about 3-5 aday for me![]()
3. & is there any good supps that go well with HGH besides l-glutamine , creatine & protein shakes? Or are those good picks?
