we avoid carbs around hgh injection time due to the fact that hgh makes us less slin sensetiv. this way if we eat carbs our bloodsugar level will remain too high for a too long period time wich in the long run can cause diabetes.

I have read this and tried it, the only time i see a problem with is first thing in the morning, do you shoot your gh then eat or eat then wait to shoot your gh?

I have a glocuse meter, so I'll test this theory out.

I have a feeling that oatmeal and egg whites (the breakfast of champions)
    is little problem.

    More later.

every morning i'm somewhat in a hurry so i shoot, eat and off to work.

but unless i use slin an or lr3 in the AM with my hgh i keep it with just pro/fat or protein only for breakfast.

always good to check things for your self.

if your gonna have carbs then slow digesting like oats should be best imo. however i would take some ALA and chromium with it to help control bloodsugar.

seems logical now youve said it

i have been tryin to avoid carbs around injections times during the day but havent bothered with my oats in the morning

    i always use chromium and/or R-ala though
