What is better, a shake with almonds 1.5 hours pre, or some tna and almonds 1.5 hrs before.....dumbp question, but just seeing how different people respond to liquid vs. whole food prior to training.....I dont want what you eat....I have been going fat/pro and love it, as there is no crash...I eat at 1pm a good carb riched, protein food...then again is pretraining.......been doing a shake with almonds, but today I got a tuna pack and some veggies...just a food for thought ?
