i went from ass to thight then delt you build a tolerance to the injection spots, i do thigh all the time now because its easy to control. the delt is a bit more tricky in that you ahve to aspirate with one hand, i have my girl aspirate for me when i do the delt though
shoulders are the best
i get NO pain when injecting in my shoulders
yeah..my shoulders seem to hurt the least...i would think quads would hurt the least, but sometimes they KILL me

and as i think someone stated, shoulders are the hardest for me to shoot..i have a hard time getting my hand all the way around to shoot at 90 degrees..usually goes in a little crooked...i COULD get my girl to do it, but frankly, i trust struggling with it myself and going in a little crooked more than i trust her with the needle in her hand
the only way to know how you will do is to try them all out. shoulder/quad 1"pin -- glute 1.5" i got it easy..my girl is a nurse![]()
HELL YEAH shoot it in your delts.....rotate from delt to delt back to glutes...
i use 1" for delts, and 1.5" for everything else
Shoot your shoulder right before your shoulder workout. No pain that fast. Usually the pain comes within 12-36 hrs for me.
