    130/97 blood presure???

My friend just got it checked and it came back high. He's on test 400/400mg a week and dbol 25mg a day helf way into his second week. His pressure is usually in the good range. Is this a problem or is it normal?

Where did he get it checked at? You bp can change throughout the day. I would have him check it again. Mine was like 140/98, then about a half hour later it was 123/83. It can really flucuate. If it stays high, I would tell him to go see a doc.

One more thing, I take Hawthorn and Celery seed whenever I cycle. That can really help the high bp.

Thanks for the quick reply. He got it checked at rite aid with a wrist tester because his arm was too big for the sleave. I'll tell him to check it again tomorrow. He's due for his shot tonight so that's mainly why he's concerned.

Go to the Dr and get a proper test if he is worried, those store testers are shit IMO and almost never acurate

Best way is to do it the old fashioned method with a stethoscope and a sphigmometer( spelling?). Its really not hard to do. Ive got my own at home for reading mine. Will also need a larger cuff than standard if you have decent sized arms. I think anything over 16 1/2 to 17 inches would need one.

Hell, in my HEA-111 textbook it says healthy bp is 115/75, and anything over is prehypertension!

Yeah thats what they say it used to be, but the experts have made it even lower! Like I said, I'm just quoting the book, I'm by no means a bp expert.

Yeah, they keep droping the standard even lower. Hell, I had BP higher than that when I was in 7th grade lol.
