hey i play college ball and i am on jin @ 2iu 5/2, i have been doin some reading on the avoidance of carbs 1hr after. my problem is with the use during camp. we have two a days and we start practice at 9:15 every morning. i like to wke up early to get in two meals so i am ready to go but with injections in the morning it is difficult to time it. any suggestions?
