Nolvadex and Accutane

Hey guys,
About 4 months ago my nipples became itchy and painful and eventually developed a tiny mass underneath. A week ago a doctor diagnosed it as gyno and told me it was pubertal and would go away naturally in 4-6 months. Do you think it could possibly go away on its own? Im 19, will be 20 in a month and have never taken anything past creatine. I've read from a few boards that it will probably not go away. I have also read that nolvadex can help natural gyno and was considering taking it. Is this smart at my age? Also I am on accutane, would it screw up my liver to take nolva and accutane at the same time? I'm worried because a buddy of mine developed it and had to get surgery, I want to try every alternative before I go that route. Thanks

I got VERY slight symptoms once from Tren... it went away on its own after the cycle was over. It wasn't very noticable, but enough to keep me away from Tren for a while. Give it some time before you think about surgery.

Take some milk thistle while on that accutane. As for the gyno I wouldn't know.
