(I have decent ab definition but my main goal is more arm definition including shoulders, etc.) I've done some research into clenbuterol and am interested in taking it, but I have a few questions.
1. How much cardio should I
do per week to ensure that I'll lose fat but AT THE VERY LEAST keep
my muscle mass (of course I'd rather GAIN than KEEP)? Any specific time of
the day I should do cardio? I heard in the AM on an empty stomach is
the best way to go.
2. Now, do you suggest a certain starting clen dosage? I've read I
should start with 20mcg and then if I can tolerate that try another
20mcg later in the day, etc. Is that the right way to go?
3. I've read that after two weeks I need to take Benadryl to upregulate my beta-2 receptors. After two weeks, when I start taking Benadryl, do I stop the clen? How much Benadryl should I take (the recomended dosage on the
box per day?) And when?
4. Also, I've read that it's important to take tourine and/or
potassium with clen to keep from cramping and other sides. Is that accurate?
5. Is there anything else I can do (or take--besides test) to maximize my fat loss but help to ensure that I don't lose much mass in the process?
Thanks everyone and I look forward to hearing your responses.
