Upper Back Pain out of No where

I did an intense ab workout on Monday which included Crunches, Leg lifts, Side bends and Swiss ball crunches.

Tues,Wed and toaday I have a terrible pain in my back between my shoulder blades. Feels like I stressed my spine or something. Advil seems to help. It's just so weird because I do these type of ab excersises frequently.

This ever happen to anyone else?

How long should I take off of weight training? Any stretches ?

It's your C-7 vertabrea pinching a nerve. See your chiropractor.

Is there no way to fix this without seeing anyone? I do not have health insurance.

not realy, i dont recomend people to try to allign there own spine. i would hit up the ice, motrin 800mg 3 tmes a day and rest. read my sticky on cryotherapy and that is about all you can do.
