    Shoulder popping

    I am a firm believer in proper form, which by the way I always practice. Lately when I've been doin push-ups or bench my shoulder will pop. It doesn't really hurt, it doesn't feel like the R.C. it feels more like under my collar bone. Is this serious?? should I see a doc??

    maybe not serious, but see one anyways, i had that problem, but about 2000mg of glucosamine a day in ur drink may help, im pretty sure it worked for me for joint poppin, or relief

    Glucosamine Sulfate will definetly help. Your joints need lubrication especially for athletes; we put our joints under tremendous wear and tear. If it still doing the same thing after two weeks of taking Glucosamine, get an XRAY.
