I know some say to eat most of calories especially carbs in the the morning but my new schedule has me eating most calories (carbs) in the evening and night. Is this bad?
FASTED CARDIO
1. whey/Flax
2. Chicken/flax
3. Tuna/Flax
4. Shake/Flax
5. (pre workout) yogurt/oats/fruit
6. (pwo) whey
7. (ppwo 30 minutes after pwo and shower) rice/chicken
It is around 2100 calories and half of the calories and all the carbs are within 1 hour of working out but come from 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.
Is their something I could do? With school and working, this is the best I can do.
