i actually am starting to do it as well, works great in a city atmosphere where you can by shells of older houses in a up and coming area in a city. name of the game is buy low, sell high and dont bight off more than you can chew and spend a ton in th renovations. it sounds easy but in application it is hard

We are going to be focusing on foreclosures and distressed homeowners who simply do not have time to sell. Being a loan officer I run into these people a lot, so we're hoping to be able to buy some undervalued homes, renovate a bit, and cash in like you said.
Doc are you going at it alone?
