does it matter what creatine brand u use?

ive tried LA muscle creatine and i liked it, but i wasnt getin much for my money. can any1 sugest a good cheap and effective brand of creatine? thanks

i don't know if there are many diffr3nces between creatine monohydrate brands at all... you may want to try green bulge from controlled labs though. It works quite well but it is not as cheap as regular creatine monohydrate.

I can get 1kg of Creatine Monohydrate for £14.63 or 1kg of Ethyl Ester for 24.75 - is it worth the exta £10er
