should i be taking tamox during my cycle?

im on week 6 of a 14 week cycle, i got tamox and clomid for my pct. but i was wondering if i should be taking tamox everyday and at what dose? i havent noticed any negative estrogen effects so far, by im taking test-e 250. also, im not even sure of what dosing i wanna do for week 14-18 on my pct, and ive been doing more research on it, seems that 2 SERMS for PCT is not as reccomended as a pct including at least 1 SERM and 1 AI. can i get some suggestions on a good pct for a post test-e250/winstrol cycle? should i just chuck the tamox?

most people at this site will agree that u should use 10mg nolva ed throughout your cycle. however some argue that it could hinder your gains. but at 10mg u should still get amazing results. as far as your cycle is concerned i would have used 500mg/wk for 12-14 weeks. pct start time is 14 days i think. i run my pct like this
day1: 300mg clomid
day2-15: 100mg clomid
day16-28: 50mg
day1-28: 20mg nolva

it can also be run other ways too
day1-28:100mg comid
day1-28: 20mg nolva

u may also want to add an AI like arimidex to your pct.
i would use .25mg ed throughout my pct

nolva can be used on cycle ... but your doing it right keep it in hand incase any thing happens such as your nipples getting puffy or sore.. ( gyno sign) .. but its yoru c ohice on what you want to do ... no signs no point .. but DEF run the clomid/ nolva for PCT

Or do nolva and clomid have different effects? can you run 2 SERMS and an AI? does anyone have a suggestions for a 2 SERM 1 AI PCT? or does anyone have good results running a Clomid vs Nolvadex PCT? im thinkin i might save one for a later cycle and just buy a AI to suppliment one of the SERMS. thank you all again for your support, i really appreciate it!

running 2 SERMS (nolva/clomid) during PCT would not be counterproductive..clomid will increase/speed up FHS/LH production which will stimulate the body to produce more testosterone..nolva blocks estrogen and will help w estrogen related sides (gyno)

so running these 2 together for PCT is ideal..nolva can be run throughout cycle if you feel gyno, but clomid is only for PCT

adding an AI to cycle can help w water retention and the like..there are also ways to incorporate them into your PCT of choice..see anthony roberts PCT
