Damn sardinia is beautifull. Besides beeing in Alghero(thats where our hotell was) we took one trip to porto cervo(the place for the filthy rich) just to check the place out. It realy is true that attractive girls are drawn to money. Some of the Italian babes in that village was incredible, but there where alot of plastic surgery freak aswell.

The other trip was to corsica to bonifatcio. Absoutely amazing little place and they had the best tasting pizza ever. **** italians the french know how to make pizza!!

Overall it was a good trip. But it wasnt as hot as I expected. It was even a bit chilly on the beache on the windy days. Eating in Alghero was filthy expensive. 70+ euro for a 2 course meal

going to post up some pics later on today when I get them downsized a bit

Our hotell room had a small kitchen so we prepared most of our large meals in there. We only ate at resturants twice. Both times costed over 70 euro

My girl turned 34 on friday so we went to a real nice resturant up on the city wall facing the sea. It was worth every cent

best service I have ever had.

other than that we ate at a few pizza places. Cant be in italy without eating pizza right

A pizza cost about 7-9 euro over there but they where smaller than the pizzas Im used to in sweden. The pizza on corsica on the other hand was perfect.

One thing I found very refreshing is the atmosphere at night over there. Here in sweden the only people out on town after 9 a clock is drunk people. Over there people of all ages where out eating and just walking around. The night clubs, discoteques where outside the town so it was pretty calm in the town. I would probably enjoy living in a town like that.

I thought Sweden was pretty crime free.
Do they have good police? are you allowed to carry guns?

these 4 are from porto cervo. This whole town was built as a resort for the rich. There where no regular stores in this town. Just very expensive ones like gucchi ect. Lots of luxurious homes around the town. A place for the filthy rich.

The town was ridicilously clean. It didnt even smell alive! Totaly sterile. They have there own police, fire deparment and so on. I dont understand why anyone would want to go there and stay there. Nice to visit but everything was so artificial and fake.

This is a town we stopped in to eat after our visit to Porto Cervo. It was also a place for those a bit more well off I guess. A town only existing to satisfy tourists. I forgot my cap so I burned my bald head to hell during our stay there. Still pealing of skin.

Id say Alghero is a MUCH nicer place to stay in than this town(cant remember the name) or Cervo.

We dont have that much crime, some of the suburbs to the 3 biggest cities arent the nices places at night though.
But not much crime inside the cities. Its just not in our culture to go out during late evening and night. We eat dinner at around 6 already and then head home kind of. So the only thing to do later at night is to party and thats why only the drunk people are outside

Yes you need to be loaded with cash in all of southern coastal european resorts. Monaco, Cote D'Azur:AKA French Riviera, Saint Tropez, etcetra

Nah I hate to be in pictures

not to mention I was terribly bloated all week. I ordered close to 7 ibs of candy taxfree on the flight down and munched on that all week, add pizza almost everyday and pasta aswell to the mix and you got a swollen johan. Could hardly fit into my regular pants on the way home

Have you been around much in the mediterrainian resorts? I would love to se alot more around there. There is just so much history around there.
