i got the little bottle from anabolic-reviewresearch.com. its like a spraybottle? or something. how do i take this stuff? 30ml bottle 25mg/ml. what are the doses? is it oral? little help here. i need to take this stuff asap because i had a lapse in my cycle and im starting to get bloat/acne/gyno. plus i need to goto sleep asap and i wanna take it now. thanks for the help!

If it is 25mg per ml than 10 pumps would equal 25mg.....

10 pumps =1cc/ml
