before and during my cycle of deca & sus, i didnt have any pain behind my elbows when i did triceps (skull crushers, pressdowns, overhead extensions w/tricep bar). but since coming off my cycle, i cant do any of the above exercise for shit. the pain is killing me. i dont think i went too heavy or crazy during my cycle, so i dont know why this pain is now present. the pain does go away after 2-3 days & doesnt really bother me when i train other body parts. any suggestions on what i can do for it? take time off, dont do those exercises, etc.? the only tricep exercises that dont seem to bother me are kickbacks and tricep presses. does chondroiton (or however u spell it) work? if so, how should i take it? thanks.
