Hey guys what do you think my BF% is by looking at the pic?
I am 5,6 aand about 160 pounds
I been tring to cut down in fat before getting on a cycle here in Mid-east
Sorry about all the hair, I have not had time to shave (nair is on the way from US)

17-18%, with a month of proper diet and good cardio with ECA you should easily be able to get down to 140-145 and be around 13-14% depending on your genetics, good luck with it

Sweet thanks Sasso, I am gonna search for some good diet and proper work out. It just sucks because I am in Mid-East and food is horrible, I mean its good but unheathly (fried chickem, gravy, fried cheese sticks, frys) crap like that. I think i am gonna take lots of protien shakes throught the day and reduce on bad meals because thats the only way to get the proper intake on protien
