    delt inject not deep enough: lump

    hi i injected left delt (1ml 250mg Test Enth Norma with 1" 23G) on tuesday. first attempt i hit a vein when asp. so rushed a second attempt and did not go deep enough - first time injecting delts. heres the problem;

    the site is sore there is a lump but ive discovered that when i put pressure on it / massage it hurts but then the pain moves elsewahere suggesting its a lump of oil beneath skin. i can literally mould it and feel the oil. there is no redness on the area.

    what should i do? how long shoulodl i wait before doctor? next workout is monday

    i used a 1" pin bout must have drawn the needle out a bit as i was pushing the plunger.
    should i be concerned about the heat/warmth coming from the area where the oil is sitting though?

    There's 1 other thing to try IF there's no redness in the area. Sometimes, a warm/hot compress will help dissipate the oil and get it moving.
    However, if there is a good bit of redness, do as Gsxxr said and either have it drained or if you are comfortable doing it, drain it yourself.

    right didnt train today - the lump area has decreased in size dramtically but im still holding my breathe. i think working out actually inihibits the oil being dissipated and forces it out of the muscle layer into the fat layer. how long shoulod i wait for comeplete dissipation. im thinking 5 days

    On my first cycle near the end I got oil trapped in a glute. I couldn't move it around but very experienced bodybuilders said it was ok, the oil will subside. And it did, lump took longer then 5 days though, no heat, no fever. Just a lump I could feel, if that helps you sleep any better.
