I am getting tired of hearing announcers in every sport saying "Well...he is 32 years old so it's hard for him to be any good and is fighting time". Dude, most great athletes hit their peak in their 30's. Michael Jordan was in his 30's at his peak, Kareem A**ul Jabbar was actually about 40 when he was at his best. Jordan and the Bulls did NOTHING until Jordan was about 37 and mature enough to lead his team. Muhammed Ali got his greatest victories(Foreman and Frazier) in his 30's. Sugar Ray Leonard beat Hagler in his 30's. Jerry Rice was great into his 30's. And not only those type of sports, but bodybuilding as well. Ronnie Coleman is nearly 41 years old. Troy Aikman was well into his 30's when he won superbowls and was in his prime. As sports nutrition, weight training and supplementation have evolved, so does the athletes prime. I wish idiot announcers would stop calling a 31 year old athlete "near the end" or "Over the hill". And in bodybuilding, forget about it. I don't think hardly anyone under 30 has been truly dominant in the sport. It's time we just judge people on what they have to present, not their age.
