    too early for HGH?

    Hey guys,

Just wondering what you all thought of my situation and if you have any recommendations for HGH-

I'm 21 At the beginning of August I weighed in at 185.6 LBS (15-16% body fat) I was eating about 4000-4500 calories a day (4 large meals and two snacks in between. No supplements) I was benching 245 on flat/decline and 160 on incline My arms were around 15 inches around. At the beginning of the month I started to cut down and I'm at 165 and 12% body fat I take in 2600 Calories a day and I am on Kre-alkaline to maintain some size and I've lost a lot of strength. Well it's taken me about two years to get to where I am now (I started with a body weight of 140lbs and I was benching 65 lbs)

Is it to early to start HGH?

21 is kind of the iffy age IMO ... you're not a teen to be warned off of gear but even as a "young adult" your body may or may not have fully reached its full growth potential (growth plates may or may not have fused; puberty)

IMO, to start any gear, AAS or HGH/IGF, it is recoomended when your "adult" body (and your endocrin system ) has stabilized, to avoid any permanent damage or side effects.

So my answer would be to wait atleast 2 more years before you consider.

Also, from what i just read, your diet probably needs work and you may switch your routines around to blast your plateau. At your age, natural test and GH are at an all time high, you can make use of that... there's still plenty of room to grow....dont rush into it

    cheers

hgh at your age and with stats is'nt the answer. as said diet needs work probably. then if you reach an plateu you can do a cycle of aas and i would forget the hgh untill you reach the age of 30. you got alot to gain naturaly and after that with aas, be patience.

Exactly right. Dont even consider using HGH until you have maxed out your growth with AAS. Train natural- AAS- and then maybe HGH/IGF etc. At your age and lifting experience you can still gain much without using AAS, dont even think about the HGH yet. At your age you produce enough HGH naturally.

Thanks for the input guys! You all mensioned that my diet probably needs work (I know this isn't the right thread to discuss this) but I wanted to know if you had any recomendations for a supplement to help me cut I was reading on another forum about a product called DIESEL TEST; when stacked is a good mix for a number of people my age. Also DIESEL TEST is a testosterone booster so does that mean I have to post cycle estrogen blockers? I'm asking about cutting cuz I have been cutting for over a month now and I have lost about 20 lbs but I've lost A LOT of size and strength Thanks!

I dont know about diesel but i would reccomend for natural cutting:

    1. tribulus/tongkat ali
    2. clen (its not an AAS, might wanna give it a go)
    3. ECA stack
    4. Green tea, asparagus (natural diuretics)
    5. Taraxatone (but only if you're near the end of a cutter before a show)
    6. Coffee / caffeine

theres many more, but these come to mind

if you lost alot of musle/strenght while dieting then that indicates that your diet def needs work. offcourse you can't avoid to loose some muscle while dieting but it should kept o a minimum. check out the diet forum for specific help/guidelines.
