I know which picture you are referring too and I heard it was a fake but who knows. It's a very old picture from some stupid tabloid. He's a legend regardless IMO...maybe goofy in some of his movies haha but I guess he was doin what he had to do to get rich. It worked.

I don't think he looks like that at all. I saw him in Okland at the Raider game and he looked in really good shape.

that pic was right after a heart surgery...he couldnt do shit to stay fit or put any stress on his heart...the pic is real though...
