Ok, Heres the deal, I am 33 yrs old, 185 and have 13%BF diet is in check and I am consuming 2grams of protien per body pound a day. I have been lifting for over 10 yrs and have done 2 cycles consisting of test and deca both times. My gains were alright seeing how I didnt diet right and take a PCt at the end and was young and dumb at the time.
Now that I am older and some what more educated on ASS, thanks to reading this board, I am going to try another cycle of test cyp and EQ.
The reason why I am choosing to do another cycle is I have plateued out on my strength, And have relied on my diet and training to improve this but have had no luck for the last 6 months. My goals are to improve strength and also vascularity.
If you have input on this please fell free to post, IT will not be taken wrong, Just more knowledge for me to take in.
Test Cyp 1-10 400mgs (200mgs 2x a week)
Eq 1-16 400mgs (200mgs 2x a week)
