its been 1 1/2 years since my last and only cycle which i did mostly wrong. i have been stuck now for 5 years at 170-175lbs, i'm 5'9'' and 24 yrs old build is pretty lean. the only cycle i ever did was EQ 400a week for 12 weeks by itself, at the time i just wanted to harden and put on a couple pounds. It did harden me but no real weight or noticeable strenght improvements, and to make it worse i did no pct which was due to bad advice and lack of knowledge. then 6 months later due to feeling dry from the last cycle i bought a cycle of test-e and EQ to run at 500/400 for 10/12 weeks but ended up being fake.
Basically what i want is lean gains , i'd be happy with around 7-10 lbs with good definition, vascularity and minimal sides. i'm acne prone, hairloss prone and prostate issues run in my family so i'm not the best candidate.
What i'm considering now is either try the Enanthate and EQ again but its a long slow cycle, or Prop and Tren which will deifnately get me what i want but 'm affraid of the sides. What would you recoment, i'm open to suggestions. Sorry if i gave to much useless info.
