ive been in this game for a long time and cut weigh 200 different ways, not is more efficient than this i swear to you, im talking from experience, losing 20 or more pounds in a sitting. the most ive gone is from 186 to 157 using this EXACTLY.

its now wednesday, eat nothing but FRUIT, and plenty of gatorade/water, at this point youre making sure you flushing everything, a lot of apples bannanas, oranges, grapes, these will help flush our your bowels and also be healthy for you. water/gatorade will keep you hydrated... for now.. and give you what you need
now you wake up thursday morning. glass of water upon waking up, now your drinking is done for the day. eat fruits for a little while.
now it gets intense, 5 oclock at night. you fruit and water is done.
drink a mouthfull or 2 of milk of magnesia, put on your rubber sauna suit with sweats over it, a beanie on your head, basicly like you are ready to move to alaska (plus a rubber suit)
get on that exercize bike for about an hour or 2, and leave that suit on until.. say 11 or midnight, noly pulling it down or taking it off to shit your brains out from that milk of magnesia. the heat you build up in the gym around 5 or 6 will last you a long time. if you start to cool off do some jumping jacks or pushups or whatever it doesnt matter just heat up break a sweat again. at 11-12 take that suit off and get in a cold cold ice cold shower nothing feels better than that. sometimes its hard to sleep dehydrated and all you can think about is gettin some water but just push through it.
also if you have access to a sauna you could just sit in there instead of getting on a bike, that would be a lot better really, you wont cramp up as much or anything, bike is really just if you cant get in a sauna
after you weigh in take your 1000$ down to the store and get a couple gallons of gatorade, and drink them fast, you need to replace all the sweat and everything you lost
DONT take diuretics , that will be TOO MUCH if you are doing all of this, dont worry about any colon slense stuff, the milk of magnesia will do that and much more
