I completed 4 months of dieting and now I stick with clean food but I elevated the amount.
This is what I usually eat in a day
350gr oatmeal
6 whole eggs
2.2lb salmon
4-6 pieces of wheat bread
2 glass of protein shake
1-2 can of Tuna
I'm happy the way I look now, do you guys think that if I continue to eat like this am I going to gain fat or I will keep maintaning my stats?
