I can't do PCT...

I recently finished my first cycle of Test E 250 (2X weekly) w/20mgs of Aromasin, which I loved. PCT was Aromasin, with 50mgs of Clomid and 20 of Nolva.

I began experiencing the above sides along with pebble-sized acne in the center of my face almost immediately.

Though I'd certainly like to bridge until natty returns, I had to discontinue.
The insomnia was physically terrible; I was tired and wanted to sleep but couldn't do so. The hot flashes were manageable during the day but contributed to insomnia at night.

Have you tried sleeping herbs like valarian root?

Have you tried Benzol Peroxide for the acne?

also u could try considerably smaller dose of anti's. 50 mg of clomid + 20 mg of nolva wont prolly give u more than 20 mgs of nolva alone.. Someone else with a more detailed answer could help here..

Look into HCG and other SERM's/AI's. If its Nolva/Clomid, which I'm guessing it is, due to running Aromasin whilst "on", dont use a SERM. I dont see the need for one in most PCT protocols anyway, when using an AI.

another form of PCT you can try is 2000mg of tribulus am/pm with and 200mg zinc am/pm - before anyone says this doesn't work, bullshitt I know plenty of ppl it does - if it doesn't for you then so be it, but it does work

I'll eliminate the Clomid and stay with Nolva & Aromasin. Then if necessary I'll just stick with the Masin as I am now. Thanks.

To the author and supporters of this philosophy...sheer stupidity! Firstly, if you actually took time to read my post you'd see that this is my inaugural cycle, secondly one can still make gains with proper alterations as suggested above or in the absence of PCT (though not as good).
