What kind of injury is this???

Bros, I am stumped. I recently recovered from tricep tendonitis and after months of torment it finally cleared up with some supplementation of ***** 3-6-9 (which seemed to work WONDERS), Advil, Rest, and Ice (props to Doc Sust for the treatment suggestions). I was training back two weeks ago and after I walked out the gym my right elbow started to hurt again - not the tricep...more on the outer bone of the elbow joint. It hurts to press on it and it seems to be hurting my extensor muscles, especially the middle finger right up near the elbow joint. See the pic attached for specific location. I spoke to a physio about it informally and she said it was like tennis elbow...is that the right spot for tennis elbow??? I trained chest/tris last night and when I got home it hurt to hold my arm straight out in front of me, palm down....especially with ANY weight in my hand.

    Thanks,

I'd listen to your doctor closely, elbow pain is normal among guys who train hard I get it to a certain degree.i'd stay away from probably the #1 worst exersize for elbow pain "skullcrushers"lay off them all together it'll pass just take it easy.As far as that being the location for tennis elbow I would just assume it is cause of it's location.Let it heal 100% or getting back in the gym training at 100% will be that much harder. The elbow is not a joint designed for heavy stress in my opinion but doctor suss would be the know all be all to listen to
happy healing. Also there's a new drug out there called "Trigosamine" which is said to be equivlivt to pouring oil right on the joints much more effective then glucosimine chondroiten but it's not available in all parts of the country. The last I've seen of it it was available in less then half of the united states and there was a #you could call to order some if it was available in your state/cost about a dollar a day do a google and see what comes up.Stores I remember it was available CVS and Eckerds good luck bro and take the healing slow.

agreed skullcrunchers are the worst, symptoms are the same as tennis elbow, glucosamine chondro and msm at max doses should help. recently that combo brought my knees back to life. big james, thanks for th props!
