gyno or just fat?

Hi my question is my breasts are getting fatty around the nipples but no lump is this gyno?
what does the differens look like between prog gyno and estro gyno?
I have done a surgery once for 8months ago but it wasent fatty like now.

if your op was for gyno? and they took the gland out? you should not be able to get gyno anymore?

gyno is quite tough, not like a fat diposit and sore to touch, never experianced it my self, but have gone to the Dr I show'd a fat diposit to him he confirmed...Dr's are amazing thing go to one and ask.. After all, always check out any physiological change that gives you to worry. sounds like a gland or a fatty diposit to me. GET IT CHECKED it wont hurt.

on the other hand could be scarring from the op.

Sounds more like just fatty tissue, but I'd get it check out anyways. What's your body fat % btw?

Probly just scar tissue from the surgery.

same here, I had a gyno surgery in October (can't remember the day) of last year so its been pretty close to a year. It feels like there is gyno still there underneath the nipple, but it's not as soft. Is this scarring tissue, and how long will it be there for.
