I took off for about a month and I have to say, it's rough when you starting again. It's depressing and somewhat amazing to see how much strength you lose. My elbows kind of have this joint pain/soreness that I expect is the result of the heavy training from my last cycle. I'm considering throwing some deca in my next cycle in november for my offseason test e/dbol/deca stack. The enjoyment for training is not like it was but I know that it will start to flow again and good times will be had by all!
