    Good Cycle?

    I am fixing to start juicing again. Do you guys think taking 400mg of test cyp and some creatine a week for 5 weeks would be a good cycle? Any help would be appreciated.

    run cyp @ 5-600mg per week for 8 weeks minimum! takes 4 weeks to hit full force...

    I can only get 400mg a week though. What do you think about stacking it with creatine?

    creatine wont hurt but just add more water bloat, i never really thought about doing AA's with creatine but oh well lol... do what you got to do.. 400mg a wk is suffient enough you will be fine.... list your stats.... age, bf, weight, cycle experience, if this is your first cycle then your def good to go at 400mg a wk

    Lets count the errors here shall we???

    1) You are TOO young and have already tried using . I say TRIED becasue it is obvious you had no clue what you were doing.

    2) you haven't even worked out in a year

    3) you want to take a LONG acting ester that doesn't even kick in for 6-8 weeks and you want to take it for only 5 weeks

    4) you think Creatine is a "stacking" supp. Creatine is fine for after a cycle, but a waste during a cycle.

    5) you haven't worked out in a YEAR !!!! is this a joke??

    6) you are 5' 11" and weigh ONLY 160 lbs and think you shoudl "JUICE" again!!!
    at that height, you should get to a NATURAL base of at least 190-200 before EVER thinking about using AAS

    7) you haven't worked out in a YEAR!!!! did I mention that one yet???

    8) no mention of PCT or knowledge of PCT BIG MISTAKE

    OK< seriously...steroids are NOT a game or a magic pill. If you can't grow naturally by doing the right things, then no amount of AAS is going to make up for all the areas that you lack in.

    The first step is to learn how to properly eat to grow. get your a$$ over to the diet forum and learn how to eat. If you can't consume the right amount of calories at the right times, then AAs will not work for you at all and will just cause undue stress to your HPTA system.

    Second step is to get your A$$ in the gym and learn how to workout properly to GROW. just taking AAS and NOT having the dedicaton or disciplline to do the work will NOT just magically put on muscle. It doesn't work that way

    Doesn't matter why, the fact remains you haven't worked out in a year. That is no base to start a cycle IMO. Concentrate on eating right and training correctly to rehab your shoulder.

    Two solid years of weight training with NO skipping. And about 30-40 lbs NATURAL

    Diet is up to you depending on your goals. You want BULKING

    then go to the diet forum and read up on them
