I guess i have a bit more confidence cause the guy is a chinese and acupuncture comes from there.
The guy didnt have a lot to say, i told him my problem, he placed the needles.
What was different is that the treatment lasted longer then other acupuncture and the needles where place differently.
It lasted about an hour and 15 minutes, i even fell asleep LOL.
After the treatment he told me that there is no arthritis or arthrose cause everything is moving fine.
He said that the pain comes from the muscle that is pushing on the L4 and L5 vertebra.
I have to see him again on Oct 5th for a second treatment.
He told me that i could train but avoid movement that would hurt my back, i decided to layoff and not train at all.
I dont want to go back to the osteopath for a damn adjustment again.
The acupuncture is not cheap, 65$ for the first treatment and 55$ for the following others.
Guess i will have to wait and see, he said to do a good rehab and that i will be able to train again like i used to before, to let time take its tole.
After the treatment he does a massage to untie the knots.
He also put some needles for my liver and metabolisme.
I hope that i lose fat this way cause with a regular diet i put on some fat which is not normal.
