due to me being at college and living in a dorm i have some limitations...this is the diet i've come up with using what options i have on campus pretty much so if you guys could give some critique id really appreciate it
830 egg white omelet fat free cheese tomatoes and broccoli
25 gm of oatmeal, peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat
10:45 46gms of whey protein isolate
1:00 Three 8oz grilled chickens
whole wheat sandwich(turkey or roast beef)
Banana
yogurt with granola
3:15 Big 100 Bar
5:30- Three 8oz grilled chickens
Serving of vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Green Beans) whatever is available
7:15 60 GM of whey isolate after workout
9:30 subway 12inch whole wheat sandwich with turkey breast spinach and tomatoes
One fat free yogurt
