    4th cycle advice please

    my first 2 cycles were 500 test e for 12 weeks good gains were made my last was 60 mg tbol aday for 10 weeks and now im wondering for my next cycle if i should use 500 teste & 400 deca aweek ortest e by its self at 750 - 1000 week which do yall think would help me bulk better and keep the most gains i am currently around 5'8" 210

    How long has it been since you ran the test enth? What results did you get the second time you ran it?

    wk1-6 dbol @ 50mg
    wk1-14 enth @ 750mg
    wk1-13 deca @ 600mg

    also bump up your calories and you should deff put on some good mass.

    you could also try prop, tren, winny or npp inplace of tren if you dont mind shooting ED

    500mg test e. with 400mg deca should be fine, if your 2nd cycle of 500mg test e. didnt result as much as your first cycle then you might wana pump the test to 750mg along with the deca

    if your gains were still decent with 500mgs test enth a week, keep it at that and add 400mgs of deca/week with it. There is a good synergistic effect with deca/test that might not require you to bump up your test. I would recommend starting it with weeks 1-4 of test prop, not dbol. more quality gains there.

    if its his fourth cycle he isnt going to gain then same on 500mg enth as he did in his previous cycles. regardless if he adds 400mg deca. not to mention im sure he has 300mg/ml deca so 400mg is going to be a pain to dose. 600mg EW is still a safe dose. You will get alot better mass/strength gains with dbol vs prop.
