i think my gear crash!!

need help!my friend is taking QVET test,LTL EQ,SYRUS test p. last night he notic e all his gear that was open turn into kind of oilly gel . but the one that was not open was ok!!if you notice the second btl. is agood one look at diffence!!

I cant really see much in those pic.. but swirle it around in some hot water for like 5min. and see if they go away.
If u got some BA or BB laying around add a tad to each bottle
