i just broke my armbut anyways ive been in the gym hardcore for a year and a half but when i get my cast off in 6 weeks my arm is going to be fragile. i broke close to my wrist both my raduis and ulmna (spelling)
anyways what im asking is what peoples gym routine when they got back? i mean i no i should lift lighter but for how long? im obviously going to be rehabing it and stretching my wrist..
i just dont want to re injury myself but want to get in the gym asap!!
what are others experience?
