i wanna start a cycle in endurance sports.
At first a few facts about me:
1,84m
82kg (Fat- about 10-12%)
18years old
a bit more exactly:
I need it for swimming and jogging. I need more fast-strengthness, and more endurance in jogging.
i thought about taking Testo E. 250mg every 7 days, hGH (Jintropin) 2-3 i.u. every day.
and i wanna take epo until a value of about 52.
what do you think? Do you think i need hgh or is it useless if i take testo? or is it very helpfully?
It would be great if you could advice and help me, that i wont do any mistakes.
