This might sound amature but, my PWO shake consists of 50g Whey/100g Dextrose. That should definintly spike my Insulin levels. I work out 4 days/week and only use my shake on those days. How long before insulin resistence become an issue/concern? Would it be a good idea to change my shake to 50g Whey/25g Dextrose back and fourth, month to month? Thanks!
