Guggul - Caution

For what it is worth to anyone, I developed a nice all-over body rash (resembles a sun burn and itches like mad), as a result of Syntrax Guggul-Bolic. It took a few days of checking my food, soap, and other supplements... but it turns out it was the Guugul. It is supposedly a rare reaction, but in the event any of you develop a similar rash and are taking Guggul... at least consider this as a possible cause for you as well.

Ive heard nothing but negative things from guggulsterones. Giantz posted a surprising study on it awhile back..lets see if he sees this thread.
