hey pals, i just started takign CrE2 HCL by thermolife, it is basically creatine ethyl ester HCL and Nitrovex a blend of DiArginine malate,citruline malate, L-norvaline, cinsulin, taurine....the directions say take 4 caps before you workout and 4 caps after basically here is my question......i do cardio on empty stomach then take in some simple carbs and protien then workout so do you think i should take the 4 caps right as i am about to do carido? or after cardio after my lil snack litterally 2 mins before i workout?...what do you guys think will have the greatest responce with the supp? thanksssss
