If you can manage to swallow those horse pills, you'll have all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day.

    contains all that I need.

plus, it does not cost as much as I would by each drug itself.

what does relacore have to do with Animal Stak/Pak?

Animal Pak is a vitamin mix.

Relacore is a "weight loss" supplement.

Centrum is more similar to Pak than Relacore is.

Animal Pak is the basic "vitamin" pack.
They have a Stack 2 which enhances the M Stack that they sell.
the Stack 2 has Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Zinc, and Chromium added, but nothing else as far as vitamins.
The M Stack has more Branch Chain Aminos and does not have any vitamin combination added.

    Hope that helps.

Wow this is the most confused thread ever.

...Animal Stack is a multi vitamin? - Animal Pak is the Multi Vitamin, which I really like.
...Relacore is a multi vitamin? And one that would have everything you need?- Relacore is a weight lost supplement used mainly by women.

Then I'm a lady who takes my vitamins.

RC only lots of vitamins, and some extracts.
Don´t see how that´s only for girls.
IMO: it doesn´t cost much and has all vitamins I need

IMO, it it a waste of money. All the vitamins you need? If that's the case, one of those No Fear or Monster energy drinks must also have enought vitamins then?

    Well, they don't.

i have used the animal pak before for my multivitamin needs and have no complaints. get it from an online auction site for like 20 bucks and your'e good to go. 44 packs/container can last you a good 6 weeks or so... i never could quite get down two packs/day like they suggest (22pills/day for vitamins seems like a lot to me).

    no complaints though.

Sorry Tai - can't agree with you here. Many diets can be restrictive of certain foods or macros (like Keto diets lacking grains - the primary sources of B vitamins)... and that can handicap goals/progress. An "abnormal" and extreme fitness lifestyle - especially one that incorporates AAS for rapid changes in body composition - requires abnormal nutritional needs. Constant weight/endurance training puts a lot of stress on the entire system - and the damage from free radicals alone can impede progress.

There is the daily nutirional requirements as established by the governing authorities for the average Joe... then there are the performance daily intakes athletes need. And the more extreme you are with changing your body composition - the more these basic nutrients become mandatory in increasing quantities.

For example... many of us with knee problems from years of abuse have found that mega dosing of Vitamin C (over 8 grams ED) has helped clear this issue... along with many other positive effects. To get the minimal 8 grams of Vitamin C from our diet - that would mean eating at least 115 oranges everyday for our results...

I was thinking the same thing. You put it very well. I tell cats the RDA of vit. C is something like 60mg? Absolute shit! I take 3g. ED regardless.

On another note, I feel Animal Pack is crap, and overpriced crap at that. There's plenty other good multi's out there that don't cost the price of Animal Crap.

Its kind of an interesting little blend of rocks they give you. It includes everything from aminos to minerals, vitamins to digestive enzymes and their precursors... it's probably the most well-rounded vitamin pack I've ever seen. Whether that much is necessary... it ain't totally clear...

Mega dosing Vitamin C should be limited to stints and not permanent.

The RDA was developed by the government for the military, to prevent vit/min deficiencies and diseases when abroad. And thus not a valid measure for healthy domestic consumption.

Anything that can potentially increase hormones has the potential for sides, but I wouldn;t worry about it.
