You may lose some weight, but that diet is far from healthy. Then again, you may not lose all that much weight eating 9 slices of bread a day, there are far healthier carbs out there, eg: berries/veggies/oats/potatoes. Your fats seem really low, where are your efa's? I'd drop the processed carbs, reduce your carb intake and increase your fats. Where are your veggies? Not at all healthy, should have some variety with your proteins also, i don't know how long you could stick with that diet.

your macros are fine if that works for you. but i think you should change your carb choices. could you eat tuna with some oatmeal or sweet potato? that would be a far healthier choice IMO. but i think you would definately lose fat with that diet, just alter your carb choice.

what's cardio going to look like?

how long have you been at it?

and yeah i would say go for 45 minutes. nothing wrong with doing it 7 days a week if youve been at it a while.

jesus, you dont have to mix them. but do what you like. and yeah no problem with jumping into a 7 day a week cardio jamboree. if you really jack up the cardio at first, make absolutely sure your diet is spot on and you're eating enough.

My god i am stunned that no one has mentioned how god awful that approach is.

You have little to no fat in your approach let alone only 27g and i dare say that is'nt coming from EFA's. You need to introduce fat into your body so fat can be let go.

Carb amount is ok overall but are not being eaten at the right times let alone being bad carb sources.

Have fun eating all that Tuna...remember Chicken, Steak, White Fish, Turkey can be implemented in your approach as good sources of Protein.

Flax, Almonds, Natty PB, Udos Oil can be used for EFA sources

Cardio should be 5x a week first thing in the AM

All this is laid out in the cutting stickie.

i guess it varies from individual to individual. i cut with no supplemented fat at all. i know many other guys on this board who use that approach as well. it worked for me. and clen would absolutely kick ass with a diet like that...

hardgainer, could u post a revised diet?
