powerlifter rehabbing after serious shoulder injury

A friend of mine is a competitive powerlifter. He holds the UK prison record for bench press 225 kilos Raw at 100 kilos. He is totally natty never used gear or peptides. He is in his late 30s and is just over 6 ft tall

approx 8 months ago he came off his motorbike. He suffered a horrible shoulder injury which has ripped his front delt off of his left shoulder. He has been lifting weights (smith, pec dec, cables) and is slowly getting stronger (140k bench on the smith). He is able to push with his bad shoulder but not any motion that pulls it (like deads) as it will pull out. The Doctor was so impressed with his progress at the gym that he put him forward for an operation that they normally would not attempt. They have taken some nerves from the underside of his arm and attatched them in his shoulder. There is a small ammount of muscle there which the Doc is saying will get better when the nerves grow. My friend is asking me for GH and anything else that may help him. The Docs have finished with him and he wants to rehab as quickly as poss which GH should be able to help with. Please give any advice on the use of GH (and other synergistic compounds) for rehab and any specific routines that may help him. Thanks in advance.
