this is a stupid question but how do you take anvar, do I take all the pills at once or two in the AM then Noon and then at night just how do I take this and get the best results.

Its not a stupid question. At least you're asking questions and not just doing things on your own. I split the dose up throughout the day. If i was taking 60mg everyday then i would take 20 in the morning, 20 after i eat lunch and 20 in the evening about 1 hour before i work out. Its better to do this because of Var's half life. Hope this helps man.

Yea good plan, i split mine up too, the only way i wouldnt is if i were runing a very small dose like 20mg per day....
