Im at 8 carbs per unit and am taking 10 units? how should i proceed from here, if at all, throughout my 5 week slin cycle?

Yes I can consume around 5-6carbs/unit.. the extra will be stored as bodyfat, it doesn't benefit you. Just find your sweat spot (but have more simple carbs on hand just incase!) and then have a meal 30mins-1hr later with more complex carbs.
then why use 10 rather than 6 units ? if you only need 6 units to replenish glycogen stores >?
